The place was very clean, the staff was extremely kind, and the food was generous. The Triple X root beer was very good. The brisket is delicious with their sauce, but the ribs I could eat dry. Their meat was a little on the Texas dry side, but the flavor and smoke was excellent.

The most amazing barbecue ever. The bread they make the sandwiches with is Texas toast, dipped in garlic butter, and grilled to a perfectly crisp perfection. It’s an out of this world experience. They have cream, corn and baked beans. All you can eat. Along with the most incredible homemade pickles with fresh dill. The tea is free!!!

Yum! If you need a local spot to eat in Hutch, do not pass up this opportunity. Brisket and pork are fresh and tender. My open face sandwich bread was warmed on grill with butter. Homemade pickles. The BBQ sauce is great. I had potato salad which was also great. Very friendly guy explained all options. I hope to come back next time I am town!

5 stars, more like ten stars. Awesome, awesome barbecue. This place is one stop you are going to want to make. Don't be fooled by your navigation; you're not lost, it's just off the beaten path. You had better not be much past eleven o'clock open time to get some turkey breast. Brisket is amazing, sausage is amazing, ribs are amazing, sauce is amazing, not too sweet or hot but perfect!

Awesome, limited hours because people go for lunch only. Stood in line, socialized with strangers, enjoyed the history displayed on the walls, ordered and sat at a big round table with strangers. There are additional tables in the back but I chose to minimize my footprint because I was alone.

The bbq was amazing!! Who knew smoked bologna was so good. The brisket, pulled pork and creamed corn was so good. What a cute place. The staff was wonderful too.

Food and service was awesome .. I deducted 1 star due to the heavily smoked in building even though you don't smoke in doors anymore you come out smelling like smoker, I liked how they had their complement sides and teas and water

We love Roy’s ! Their smoked meat cannot be beat and with their low prices, don’t even do it ourselves anymore, just go pick some up… thanks for making the holidays easier for me!
